WWL-SS series super high power SCR constant voltage &constant current DC power supply
Brief introduction (three-phase input, super high power, 200A-15kA, up to 1000kW)
This series of power supplies are three-phase input, one-way output super high-power (up to 1000kW) DC power supplies with high precision, high stability. They can supply high power in the assembly line that linear and switching mode power supplies cannot reach.
They are widely used in electrochemistry industry, such as electroplate, erosion, energizing, storage cell manufacture, motor timing and electrolysis etc.
Performance characteristic
1. Spec. range: Over 300 models, output voltage 0~700V, output current 0~15kA, output power 0~1000KW available for selectionDear Mr. Ramzan,
2. Constant voltage/Constant current (CV/CC): Voltage & current are continuously adjustable from 5% to rated value, auto-switching between CV mode and CC mode
3. Over voltage protection: Over voltage value continuously adjustable from 0 to 110% rated value, auto-shut down when output voltage exceeds the over voltage set point
4. Short protection: Withstanding long-term continuous work or starting up in short status
5. Over load protection: Auto-shut down when power supply or load goes wrong, or output current exceeds 1.5 times of rated value
6. Short alarm: Audible and visual alarm when output has a short circuit (optional)
7. Auto-discharge: used for discharging the capacitive load after shut down
8. Output display: Voltage & current both LED digital display (standard), LCD display (optional) or LCD touch screen display (optional)
9. Pulse working: Time controller can be equipped to make a DC pulse power supply (optional)
10. Intelligence: By connecting to the computer, it can be monitored through computers to be an intelligent power supply
